The Integrated MBA (MBA(I)) is a unique, dual-degree program introduced by AICTE in the academic year 2012-13. Spread across 10 semesters over 5 years, this program is designed to seamlessly blend undergraduate and postgraduate management education, enabling students to build a strong foundation and develop advanced managerial competencies.

Program Objectives:

  • To educate and groom students for entry-level managerial positions in manufacturing and service sectors, or to empower them to launch and manage their own ventures with sound business acumen.
  • To prepare students to meet emerging challenges by finding and implementing solutions that are environmentally sustainable, ethically sound, and socially responsible.
  • To facilitate job opportunities at different levels of management, particularly middle management roles in large PSUs and MNCs.

Degrees Awarded:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (BBA(I)) – Awarded at the end of the third year (for students who wish to exit early).
  2. Master’s Degree (MBA(I)) – Awarded at the end of the fifth year, upon successful completion of the full program.

Program Duration:

  • Total duration: 5 years
  • Structure: 10 semesters, each of 16 weeks

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) examination in any stream (Science / Commerce / Arts)
  • Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates)

Note: Admission taken in the first year is considered for the entire five-year integrated course. Students are not required to take re-admission unless they choose to exit after the third year.

Sanctioned Intake & Admission Policy:

  • Total Intake: 60 students
  • Stream-wise Distribution: Equal bifurcation among students from Science, Commerce, and Arts streams
  • In case of non-availability of candidates in any stream, the vacant seats may be reallocated equally among the other streams. If candidates are unavailable in two streams, the remaining seats will be allotted accordingly.
