SVIM had been ranked by several rating surveys every year. Institute is recognized to be one of the best B-School in the state in all the survey.
Faculties are one of the important pillars for any institute. Team of young, dynamic and research oriented faculties, with almost nil turnover ratio is at SVIM. Three faculties have degree of Ph.D. and nine are pursuing their Ph.D., whereas eleven faculties are UGC-NET qualified.
Placement is one of the most critical measurements of the excellence of any B-school. At SVIM, the placement starts in the month of October – November every year. Industries are invited on the basis of the interest of the students. Every year almost 70-75 companies visit the campus for final placement.
Classrooms at SVIM are fully air-conditioned, equipped with wall mounted projectors, carpet flooring, revolving chairs for the students, etc. institute have its own separate computer lab with 120 computer terminals, all outfitted with latest configuration, high-speed internet connection and unlimited downloading usage for the students. The library of the institute is one of the richest library in the region with more than 74 International and National journals, more than 12000 volume and 7000 titles. Institute also have separate hostels for male and female candidates. Rooms at hostel are too equipped with wi-fi facility.
At SVIM alongwith classroom teaching, practical exposure during the tenure of MBA is provided. Many different projects are assigned to the students during their study. Projects like “Meet the Manager”, “Rural Research Project”, “Salesman of the Week”, “Advertisement and Society”, “Logo Design”, etc. makes the student learn many practical aspects during their study.
All the students of SVIM are covered under the “Mentorship Programme” in which students are counseled for their professional growth by keeping balance in their personal life.
EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
Institute has a CSR project with one of the reputed organization situated at Kadi. The programme allows students to involve in the project and earn while teaching the under-privileged students in the locality.
